Two boosts for Philippine training

The 12th Asia Conference on Marine Simulation and Simulator Research was held at 'K' Line Maritime Academy (KLMA) in Manila on 2 and 3 August. Instructors from KLMA who attended said that they had expanded their knowledge of the use of marine simulators in education. Shortly after the conference, ClassNK certified KLMA's Ship Simulator and Bridge Teamwork 1 training course as complying with relevant IMO model course under STCW.
