Mapping Mulberry

The remains of a wartime harbour have been brought to life in a series of colour images released by the United Kingdom Hydrographic Office (UKHO). Working with the survey company Netsurvey, UKHO used a scanning laser and multibeam sonar to create a detailed 3D map of the concrete structures of Mulberry B, which lies off Arromanches, Normandy.
