COSHH on delivery

Following our article last month explaining the new requirements of the Control of Substances Hazardous to Health Regulations (COSHH), David Osborn considers how practitioners might overcome some of the barriers they face when introducing COSHH assessment programmes in their organisations. Wouldn't it be nice if everyone in your organisation embraced the idea that they each have a responsibility for health and safety? Unfortunately, as many practitioners have found out to their cost, getting managers and supervisors to accept this can be a struggle.
