Developing Workplace Health Strategies For Older Employees

Researchers at Loughborough University have been awarded ￡1.3m in funding to develop workplace health interventions that take account of the ageing workforce. The research, which is called 'Working late -strategies to enhance productive and healthy environments for the older workforce', will focus on the need for employment policies, workplace design and occupational-health provision in relation to older employees.
