A piece of paper- or passion and proficiency?

While reading the 'Diary of a Recruitment Consultant' in the June issue I was particularly intrigued by Hannah Baxter's comments on the fact that more and more employers are asking for diplomas, degrees and CMIOSH when posting for health and safety roles. I have been in H&S for more than 10 years and I have worked in a number of different roles in different fields. Every day is a school day for me, where I am constantly learning new things.
