Critical Parameters of Methylbromo-and Ethylbromosilanes

摘要

Critical parameters of nine methylbromo-and ethylbromosilanes were determined.Tetramethylsilane(TMS)and tetraethylsilane(TES)are widely used in various chemical and metallurgical technologies.In recent years,halogen derivatives of these compounds have also come to demand.These derivatives are numerous,and most of them have been poorly studied.Since experimental determination of physicochemical properties of chemical compounds is frequently difficult,it is important to develop calculation methods for their estimation.
