Staying in the Air: Finding Maintenance Technicians for the Future Part Ⅰ

The Technical Committee is a dynamic, proactive group that is designed to ensure the operator's voice is heard within the Helicopter Association International (HAI). Although designed with the operator's perspective in mind, it is not limited exclusively to operators. The committee has a very diverse membership including operators of varying sizes, Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM), including both airframe and powerplant; educational institutions; the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA); and others concerned with helicopter operations. Presently, both the United States and Canada are represented on the committee.
