Drivers Academy prepares Fifers for transport industry

The skills shortage has been well publicised but is showing little sign of loosening its grip on the industry. The RHA is delighted to again be at the forefront of offering solutions for hauliers in Scotland.The RHA has been working closely with Fife Council and local Job Centres to ensure that people from across Fife gain the skills and qualifications required to secure employment in the industry. A group of unemployed Fifers have been carefully selected to take part in a ground-breaking Road Haulage Sector Skills Academybeing run by Fife Council in conjunction with the RHA.
