Michael Deegan, Professor Ian Johnston AM, Greg Martin, Julie-Anne Schafer and Bill Noonan AOM have been appointed as Commissioners of the National Transport Commission (NTC).rnMr Deegan will continue in his role as Chairman, with Mr Martin appointed as Deputy Chairman.rnGreg Martin is currently the Professor of Planning and Transport Studies at Curtin University of Technology and Executive Director, Planning and Transport Research Centre of Western Australia (WA). He was formerly the Director General, Department for Planning and Infrastructure and Commissioner of Main Roads in WA.
