The Times/Riba Community Enterprise Scheme, an annual award for community architecture projects in the United Kingdom, was launched at the RIBA last month. The Prince of Wales has agreed to be patron of the 1985-6 award. The RIBA is committing itself to pushing, very strongly, the community architecture line and this will form a key element of Larry Rolland's presidency.
