You may remember the controversy around American tycoon Donald Trump's proposals for a 460ha, ￡1 bn golf resort on the coastal dunes at the Menie Estate on the northeast coast of Aberdeenshire. Since the original application - which got outlinernplanning permission- by others, the Trump organisation has been working with Gareth Hoskins Architects, known for its expertise melding buildings and landscape. Now Hoskins has submitted a new masterplan design.
