TIMBER RAISES ITS SIGHTS

The design and construction of the nine storey Stadthaus tower in Murray Grove, London, is part of an ongoing research into the potential of cross laminated timber by Waugh Thistleton Architects and Techniker Structural Engineers (see RibaJ March 2009). This research has developed particularly into looking at the feasibility of tall timber buildings.
