摘要

Because an enforced displacement from road surface is very complicated while a car is traveling, it is too difficult to identify an enforced displacement for predicting road noise at a practical level. In this paper, a new function, "Equivalent Road Roughness", is defined and identified as an enforced displacement to predict road noise quantitatively and qualitatively. First of all, the notion on behind it is explained by a simplified model. Then, it is generalized into a complex system. Finally, interior road noise and body vibration are predicted by using the proposed function and it is validated by comparing calculated data with experimental one.
