PURPOSE: A real-time tire pressure monitoring system for detecting a road roughness degree is provided to improve ride comfort and to minimize noise and vibration by controlling pneumatic pressure according to the road roughness degree.;CONSTITUTION: A real-time tire pressure monitoring system for detecting a road roughness degree comprises a deformation sensor(11), an analog to digital converter(12) and a controller(10). The deformation sensor senses the vibration according to the road roughness degree. The analog to digital converter changes an electric signal of the deformation sensor into the digital signal. The controller decides the road roughness degree through the digital signal of the analog to digital converter. The controller sends an air pressure controlling part(25) a control signal according to the level of the road roughness degree.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2010
