Several sellers say April pricing was flat, and they see May following the same track. Of greater concern is the consensus opinion among steel industry analysts that 2015 will be a flat year. Many observers are now saying the global steel industry will grow by less than 1 percent this year, due mainly to Chinese market deceleration.
