摘要

A miniature Mattauch-Herzog type double focusing mass spectrograph has been developed for a lunar surface exploration using rover. Important objective of the mass spectrograph is a characterization of the ice in the lunar poles by precise determination of chemical composition and isotopic ratio of some elements in the ice. Therefore a mass spectrograph having high performances such as high mass resolution is required.
