Anglian 108 moves on

A Class 108 DMU set based at the East Anglian Railway Museum has been split, with the two cars moving on to different new homes. Driving Trailer M56223 has moved to the Llangollen Railway where it is to be used to replace Cravens trailer M56456, withdrawn for a full overhaul and rebuild. The move took place on March 1 and the trailer immediately entered the Railway's Pentrefelin workshops where it is to receive a heavy exam and repaint before entering service at the DMU gala on June 26/27.
