Handling cwr thermal forces

The RailStress Module/StressNet~(TM)/SmartJoint~(TM) System offers a cost-effective and simple way to continuously manage cwr thermal forces and neutral temperature for enhanced cwr safety and performance. It is a proven technology with both U.S. and international field experience. It offers a "smart-system" approach to mitigating potentially-damaging thermal forces by providing real-time data on cwr neutral temperature behavior. Its applications include cwr installation temperature monitoring, curve movement RNT monitoring, rail-break and track-buckling detection, providing buckling-hazard alerts, and rail break/defect repair condition monitoring.
