As we enter the pre-teens of the 21st Century, our country and our industry are facing many serious problems. As the economy creeps slowly out of the current doldrums, government agencies on all levels are wondering just where in the heck they will find the money to get the basic necessities done. A sea change in the federal Congress brought in many who said they will cut, cut, cut. But will they be able to do that? Of course there are also people out there who sincerely make a case for funds for areas that concern them.
