If you recognize the source of our title this month, then you've been around a long time. And for those of you who have made time to read another one of Bill's and my diatribes, some might say it's time for you to get a life. But if you think otherwise, then it's time for us to talk about this very elusive subject: time. Here are some blanket observations about time on my behalf: 1. There's never enough of it. 2. It actually has different speeds; e.g., it goes faster when you're stuck in traffic trying to get to the station to catch an Am-trak train, and slower when you wind up waiting for your train because it's two hours late.
