Class 319/4S sent for scrapping

Three long-stored and heavily stripped Class 319/4s have either been scrapped or were in the process of being disposed of as this issue of RAIL went to press.All three electric multiple units (319451/453/455) had been stored at Long Marston since Govia Thameslink Railway replaced them with Class 700s.They were moved by road to Sims Metals, Newport Docks.
