Early in the season, operators said little had been planned regarding Rovers - and in any case, I would have been unable to write about them while leisure travel was barred. No publicity has been produced and information is patchy, so I'm afraid it won't be possible to produce a review this year. The All-Line Rover is different, as it is priced by the Rail Delivery Group, so I can offer an update on prices for the rest of this year. As usual it is valid on all services, including those of open access operators, with the usual Heathrow bar. The usual restriction exists in that on Mon-Fri users may not join or alight after 0429 and before 1000: Avanti trains at Euston, Watford Junction, Milton Keynes or Birmingham New Street; East Midlands Railway services at St Pancras, Luton Airport Parkway, Luton or Bedford; LNER at King's Cross or Stevenage; or Crosscountry at Birmingham New Street. There is clarity for Sleeper services this year. The Rover must be valid on the date of arrival at your destination, so you could use it the night before the Rover commences.
