Wide spread of South Central bids

In response to a request under the Freedom of Information Act, DfT has published the Net Present Values of the premium/subsidy profiles offered by the unsuccessful bidders for the replacement South Central franchise. Incumbent G0V1A was successful with with a bid of £534m, starting the new franchise on September 20.
