Despite being found by ORR to have breached its licence condition 'to run an effective and efficient system for managing the timetable change process' when introducing the Integrated Train Planning System (RBI374 p7), Network Rail has managed to upload timetables showing non-existent train services as operating on December 25 and 26 to retail systems as well as the online journey planner at nationalrail.co.uk.
