PPP Arbiter shuts up shop

In a brief statement released on August 12, PPP Arbiter Chris Bolt announced that he was 'now in the process of winding up his office' (RB1372 pi). This followed receipt of a letter from London Underground and Tube Lines, informing him that LU's request for directions and guidance under the Periodic Review as submitted on September 23 2009 'and all subsequent references for directions and/or guidance by either party are withdrawn in full'.
