DfT's high-speed rail consultation paper includes a short section on station redevelopment and urban regeneration by Sir Terry Farrell, who has been involved with the development of major stations in China and India.rnAdonis remarked that in his suggestions for the Euston redevelopment, the architect had proposed reinstate-rnment of the Euston Arch, built by the London & Birmingham Railway in 1837 when the UK's first inter-city railway reached the capital. The Arch was demolished in the 1960s, but Adonis admitted that he 'would love to see it restored'.
