The national average PPM score was 94-0% in Period 6 from August 19 to September 15, up from 92-5% the year before. Network Rail said that this year's result 'is the best Period 6 yet recorded', beating the previous record of 93-6% set in 2009-10 (RB1352 p4).Top of the table in P6 this year was c2c with an actual score of 98-7% and an MAA of 97-2%. NR released the P6 figures on September 27, the same day as bids were submitted for the replacement Essex Thameside franchise.
