Network Rail Infrastructure Projects was established on April 16 with five new 'delivery areas' responsible for their own plans, efficiency targets and relationships. One is responsible for signalling throughout the network, but the other four are based on regions and also have responsibility for specific major investment projects.Signalling has five project directors covering: Traffic Management; Western ft Wales; Southern; Central; and Scotland ft North East.
