W10 East Coast by April 2014

Network Rail has confirmed to RBI that by the end of Control Period 4 on March 31 2014 there should be a route cleared to the W10 loading gauge all the way between the North London Line and the Scottish border at Berwick-upon-Tweed, allowing 9 ft 6 in high containers to be carried on standard wagons. W10 should also be available from the ECML to Teesport and Tyne Dock.
