Chiltern outlines Cowley proposition

On November 5 Chiltern Railways operated a three-car Class 168 DMU from Oxford along the Cow-ley branch, closed to regular passenger traffic since 1963. Onboard were 'key local business leaders and stakeholders', invited to familiarise themselves with the TOC's plans to reopen the branch and build two new stations to serve Oxford Science Park and Oxford Business Park (RB1473 p2).
