MSC extends GBRf contract

GB Railfreight announced on May 24 that it had been awarded a three-year extension to its contract to move containers from the Port of Felixstowe for Mediterranean Shipping Co. GBRf currently operates two services a day to Hams Hall in the West Midlands and one to Rotherham for MSC, which it says is 'the first and only remaining customer of the Port of Felixstowe who contracts dedicated whole trains.'
