£345m SWT rolling stock investment at risk

A change in rolling stock policy under the replacement South Western franchise awarded to First MTR (p1) will see a new train fleet starting to enter service this month and two upgraded fleets rendered surplus to requirements by December 2020. RB1 estimates the total investment at risk at £345m.
