摘要

The main focus of this study was to find the proper procedure for taking samples. The most important results obtained from this study are: Relative amount of taken sample (g per cm) is a suitable parameter for comparison of different sampling tools. The root auger and the steel cube sampler seem to be the most appropriate for reliable soil sampling. The relative error of reproducibility is only 7.5% in the case of proper work with modified root auger. The root auger should be recommended as the first-choice sampling tool due to: (1) high reproducibility (2) easy and fast manipulation, (3) a more representative sample, (4) applicability to most soil types, (5) accurate sampling of individual soil horizons.
