PURPOSE: A soil sampling device is provided to easily collect a soil sample, thereby facilitating an effective geological study and a soil contamination investigation.;CONSTITUTION: A soil sampling device includes a rotary motor (100), a soil sample collecting rod (200), a sample collecting pipe, and a fixing cap (400). The rotary motor includes a power transmission unit (110) capable of being rotated and hit on an end portion. The soil sample collecting rod is formed into a pipe shape having the hollow inside and includes a spiral-shaped screw on the outer circumference and a mounting unit on a side to be joined to the power transmission unit. The sample collecting pipe is inserted into the hollow inside of the soil sample collecting rod and formed into a pipe shape having the hollow inside. The fixing cap is joined to the other end portion of the soil sample collecting rod so that the sample collecting pipe is fixed to the soil sample collecting rod.
