As I write this I am facing the reality of having to give up my main hobby! After years of swanning off every couple of weeks to some exotic foreign hotel with a hot climate, cool shops, and sunshades round a delicious swimming pool, I will, on my forthcoming 55th birthday, be deemed too old for even part time jet-setting with our Big Airline. From now on I get to watch the movies on flights, instead of a wall of instruments and switches. My three years of part-time working have (literally) flown by. Now that I'm retired, aeromodelling is my full time occupation, so I will have to take it more seriously. Keep sending the questions and I will try to keep up a steady flow of answers, ideas, further questions and plans.
