This small ARTF model would surely be a quick resort to some almost instant flying over the Christmas break. Presumably requiring very little work to get it ready for flight I was eager to get started on it and maybe fly it over the holiday period.rnUpon opening the decorative box, the moulded foam parts are individually packed in protective foam. The tailplane and accessories are equally well stored in a triangular-shaped box that also acts as packaging. The 1/8" thick-walled moulded foam parts of the airframe have a tough skin with colourful squadron markings, and it has a realistic scale appearance. Supplied with the model is the pre installed brushless motor on a good quality cut plywood motor boxrnbehind a pre-fitted lightweight plastic cowl. This is very thin plastic so do be careful not to damage it. The pre-fitted canopy covers some nice cockpit detailing - but no pilot! The battery access top hatch has two small ply tongues at the front and a small magnet to the rear to retain it. Included with the ARTF kit, but not fitted, is a 20 A ESC to match the brushless motor of which the wires are colour coded, and terminated at the battery end with a 3 mm gold plug and socket.
