Tarmac have won the Mineral Products Association/British Ready-mixed Concrete Association's (MPA/BRMCA) 2010 'Excellence in Customer Service Award', which recognizes those ready-mixed concrete companies who have gone the extra mile in providing an efficient and professional service.rnThe company won the award for the supply of concrete for the slipforming of the silo base and walls for a new biomass rail-unloading and storage facility at Drax Power Station, in North Yorkshire.
