Leadership for Management Success

On Thursday 10 April 2014, the first Leadership for Management Success course took place at the Institute's head offices in Chilwell. The session was the first of its kind for IQ, providing supplemental value and benefit to the existing membership offerings as it continues to adapt to the distinctive and individual needs of its members. The course was conducted by Ian Thompson of Procentus Consulting Ltd. A leading management and leadership development consultant and Fellow of the Institute of Quarrying, Mr Thompson has provided training internationally for global organizations, bringing with him more than 30 years of practical experience in senior leadership roles in the quarrying, concrete and asphalt industry.
