Schur International takes over Danish Emballagegruppen

Danish Schur International Holding took over packaging producer Emballagegruppen from private equity fonds Maj Invest Equity in mid-August. The purchase price will not be disclosed. According to Hans Schur, CEO of the group, the acquisition will not only increase Schur's capacities but also add technologies such as coldfoil, pressed cardboard trays and label products to the group's spectrum.
