Germany: where are fine paper prices headed in 2018?

Buyers are cautious in the fine paper segment in Germany. Following a prolonged upward spiral, some buyers expect prices to fall in the new year. Many observers, however, expect the European market at large to stay undersupplied throughout the first quarter or first half of 2018 at least with respect to woodfree uncoated fine paper.
