Honu has integrated the Honolulu Board of Water Supply's CIS, Customer Accounting System, and Electronic Document Management System into a single Web interface. Over 200 users from multiple departments are achieving operational efficiencies, which translates into better customer service. The word "honu" may be Hawaiian for turtle, but this is one application that is quickly changing the pace of business.
