New OSHA record requirements now in effect

Employers are reeling from the continuous changes to the 30-year-old Occupational Safety and Health Administration's (OSHA) record-keeping rule. This regulation requires many employers with 11 or more employees to record workplace accidents and illnesses on special OSHA forms, even if an ernployer is accident-free, and maintain the records for 5 years.
