With High Performance Bi-Modal PE4710 pipe and tubing, municipal water systems using either Copper Tube Size SDR 9 or Iron Pipe Size SDR 7 HDPE will receive an increase to 250 psi, compared to 200 psi, providing the comfort of knowing that the product exceeds minimum specifications. There is no change to the wall thickness of the pipe, and all current pipe fittings remain compatible.
