Savills raised more than £15m at its May live-streamed auction, reflecting a 69% success rate. The auction house sold a total of 35 lots from a 51-lot catalogue, four of which were sold prior to the sale and 31 on the day. At its previous sale on 26 March - its first-ever remote-bidding-only auction - it raised a total of £18.4m after selling 67% of the 66 lots offered. The most expensive property sold at the 12 May auction was the freehold of a seven-room terraced house in Islington, north London (pictured), which went under the hammer for £1.3m after being offered with a £1.15m guide price.
