GPU's Glasgow kiss

The Government Property Unit (GPU) has selected the 300,000 sq ft Atlantic Square development in Glasgow for the first phase of its regional hub in the city as it nears the completion of its national relocation plan. It is currently finalising terms with the scheme's owner Taylor Clark Properties and joint venture partner BAM Property to occupy the development, after selecting it from a shortlist of three, Property Week understands.
