Target Healthcare REIT hits acquisition trail after bumper £84m fund raise

Target Healthcare REIT has raised £84m via a share placing - well above its fundraising target. The care-home specialist decided to increase the size of the placing from €75m to accommodate investor demand and take advantage of acquisition opportunities.
