Armani joins Victoria fashion set

Giorgio Armani has agreed to take the top floor of Terrace Hill and Doughty Hanson's Howick Place office scheme in London's Victoria, for a rent thought to be around £70/sq ft. The Italian label is understood to have exchanged on the first letting at the scheme, taking a 15-year lease with around two years rent free. Giorgio Armani will relocate from offices in Brompton Road and Kensington High Street. Howick Place will be its UK headquarters.
