Welsh government takes Cardiff offices into own hands

Aviva Investors and MEPC are vying to be selected as the preferred developer for a 500,000 sq ft office development in Cardiff for the Welsh government. The Welsh government had set a deadline of Monday, by which prospective developers had to submit sites that could accommodate a large office scheme.
