IM Properties has let 8,155 sq ft to AirWatch at the 72,701 sq ft Phoenix House in central Milton Keynes on a five-year lease.The mobile device management firm occupies the whole top floor of the building, having taken 12,490 sq ft in April. Secondhand refurbished space in the area is achieving rents of around £13/sq ft. Louch Shacklock & Partners and Cushman & Wakefield were the letting agents.
