PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simplified shop having a seat space and a kitchen space capable of effectively taking advantage of the inside space of a container and sufficiently displaying a function as one shop independent of only one container. ;SOLUTION: A commercial building having the seat space and kitchen space using the secondhand container as foundation material forms the L-shaped seat space (3) and kitchen space (4) inside of the secondhand container (1) by providing a crank-shaped partition wall (2) to the inside of the container (1) and, at the same time, two doorway doors (8 and 9) respectively connected to the kitchen space (2) and seat space (3) are provided to side walls (1a) opposed to the longitudinal space of the seat space (3) in the container (1).;COPYRIGHT: (C)2001,JPO
